1. Can you imprint my boxes?
Yes.
2. How do I get a die made up for my boxes?
We need black and white artwork. If you are ordering different sizes of boxes it is generally better to get two different sizes made up. Each die costs $40. A new die takes about 2 weeks to make and then another 2 weeks for printing.
3. What colors are available for imprinting?
Gold, Silver, Black, Red, Blue, Green, more colors are available upon request.
4. Does Rocket do custom boxes?
Rocket specializes in custom packaging to fit your need and image. In general a minimum custom order is 1,000 pieces. Please contact us at or call 1.800.762.5521.
5. How long do custom boxes take to make?
Around 120 Days.
6. What is the process to get custom boxes made?
The initial contact will cover image, quantities and other product specific details. We will develop a program that will fit your image and budget. Pre production samples will be sent to you for your final approval.
7. Can stock items be made in a material not listed in the catalog?
Yes, it will become a custom program.
8. How long will it take to ship an order?
Printed orders will take about 2 weeks and non-printed orders will take around 1 week.
9. How are the orders shipped?
UPS or FEDEX.
10. Is UPS the only shipping option?
We work with many different carriers, please let us know your preference and we will let you know if it is possible.
11. Can I have different shipping and billing addresses?
Yes.
12. What form of payments do you accept?
Visa, Master card, and American Express.
13. What is your minimum order?
One hundred dollars is the minimum order accepted. Orders are in complete dozens or half dozens depending on box size. Humidors and large jewelry cases can be ordered singularly.
14. Can I get open terms?
Yes, you only have to submit a credit application.
15. Do I get a price break if I order in large quantities?
Depending on quantities.
16. Where are you located?
We ship from Bronx, NY and San Clemente, CA, depending on the item.
17. Can you send me samples?
Yes.

Depending on what item. The items where paper boxes are included are denoted with a * in the price list.
