Rocket Redbox Shipping Policy

Rocket will ship best way unless otherwise instructed. Our terms are FOB plant. Ground shipping is mostly used and the shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Rocket Redbox Credits & Returns Policy

Conditions

All irregularities or discrepancies in shipping or billing are to be reported by the customer within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number provided by Rocket's Customer Service Department.
Quality related claims might be reported later than 30 days but no longer than 3 months from the date of billing.
All items has to be returned in original packing

Exception to this rule are Watchwinders, problems of which can be reported up to one year from the date of original shipment. Problems covered under the warranty is Mechanical and electrical.
